How it Works!


PLACE YOUR ORDER:


1. Visit our STORE and place your order for a QUARTER, HALF, or WHOLE beef.

2. Make sure to carefully select whether you'd like your beef strictly range fed or range fed-grain finished.

3. Select your delivery preference.

4. Pay a $500.00 non-refundable deposit to reserve your order.  Option to pay order in full is also available at checkout. 

RECEIVE AN INVOICE:

After placing your order and paying the $500.00 non-refundable deposit, you will receive an invoice detailing your order and the remaining balance. This balance is payable at any time but MUST be paid a week prior to the processing date. 

WAIT FOR BUTCHERING:

For half and whole orders, we will notify you of the date your beef will be delivered to the butcher, these dates are generally in the months of September, October, and November.  These dates are dependent upon the butcher's availability. 

All of our beef hangs for 14 days, this optimizes the flavor and tenderness of the beef.  Once your beef is at the butchers you will need fill out a cut sheet.  A cut sheet allows you to specify your preferred meat cuts and other customization options tailored just for you.

For half and whole orders, all butcher fees are the customers responsibility and will be paid directly to the butcher.  

Approximate butcher fees:
- Half beef = $400.00 - $500.00
- Whole beef = $900.00 - $1,000.00

These fees are only an approximation and will vary depending on how you choose your cuts. 

DELIVERY:

We have two options to select from:

1. Pick up your order from the butcher directly. 

2. Have your order delivered.

Currently the only delivery option is to West Phoenix at an additional charge of $125.  We will schedule a date and time to meet you.
